I’ve always had a heart for helping people experience the freedom Jesus promised, but for many years I was stuck myself and searching for answers. I get how frustrating that can be. When I was introduced to Heart Physics®, I discovered why real transformation often feels so difficult. I finally experienced what can happen when God’s truth moves from the head into the heart.

I’m Jennifer, a native of Middle Tennessee where I live with my husband Jim. We’ve been married for over 30 years and are blessed with three amazing grown children and three precious granddaughters who bring so much joy to our lives.
About twenty years ago, I was introduced to Heart Physics® and it completely changed the way I understood transformation in the Christian life. For years I loved God deeply and attended church, yet still struggled with patterns I couldn’t seem to break. When I experienced Heart Physics for myself, I realized why. Real transformation didn’t begin with trying harder, it began when my heart became persuaded of the truth.
After personally experiencing how life-changing this process can be, I became a Certified Heart Physics® Coach. My greatest desire is helping people experience the kind of positive, painless, effortless transformation that grows out of a genuine relationship with Jesus.
Traditional methods often focuses on changing behavior in order to change your life. However, behavior change driven by willpower rarely lasts. The real drivers of our lives are the beliefs, perceptions, and emotional associations we hold in our hearts. When heart beliefs change, everything else begins to change as well.
That’s where Heart Physics comes in.
Heart Physics coaching isn’t about analyzing problems or forcing behavioral change. That’s exhausting. Instead, it helps you recognize the beliefs and emotional patterns held in your heart that may be shaping the direction of your life. As you begin to see yourself through the truth of what Jesus accomplished through His death, burial, and resurrection, old beliefs can be released and replaced with the reality of who God says you are.
When your heart becomes persuaded of that truth, transformation happens naturally—painlessly, permanently, and without striving.
