As a Heart Physics coach, I’ll guide you through a simple, Biblically-based process that moves God’s truth from your head into your heart where belief actually lives. We’ll uncover the beliefs your heart is currently holding and replace the lies with truth in a way your heart can actually receive and live from.
This isn’t about behavior modification or trying harder.
It’s about understanding how your heart actually works and learning how to cooperate with the way God designed it. When you live form the heart, transformation becomes something you experience, not something you strive for. This is where the Holy Spirit does what we can’t. The Holy Spirit will empower you to bring about real, lasting change from the inside out.
“I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.” Ezekiel 36:26
Heart Physics is a biblical way of understanding how real, lasting change actually happens and why so many of us have struggled to experience it.
Most of us have been taught to focus on our behavior or our thinking. We learn truth, try to apply it, and hope things will change. But Scripture shows us that our lives don’t follow what we know, they follow what our hearts believe.
Your heart is the center of who you are. It’s what automatically drives your thoughts, your responses, your habits and even how you experience God. When your heart isn’t fully persuaded of truth, no amount of effort or willpower will create lasting change.
This is where Heart Physics® comes in.
Heart Physics helps God’s truth move from information into heart-belief where transformation actually begins. THE GREAT EXCHANGE
Most approaches focus on changing what you do. Heart Physics focuses on exchanging a lie for truth.
Now that we are in Christ, we have a new identity. We are hidden in Him. God has a view and an opinion of us that is completely based on our being in Christ. This is His eternal reality. But for us to actually live in that reality, it has to move from something we know to something we believe and experience in our heart. We have to accept it, choose it, and continue experiencing it until we become fully persuaded.
Colossians 1:27: “Christ in you is the hope, the confident expectation, of glory. It is God’s view and opinion of us becoming our experienced reality.”
The reason this reality can become ours is because Christ is now in us. Heart Physics helps facilitate that process. It helps the believer actually experience in the heart what is already true in Christ. Yes, we have memories and past experiences. But those are not the truth of who we are!! As Christ in us becomes an abiding reality, our life begins to shift! We begin to live with a sense of limitlessness! All things become possible to the person who can experience Christ in their heart!
Heart Physics is different because it doesn’t rely on your effort. It works by helping you exchange a lie that you have been believing for God’s truth. When your heart believes the truth about who God says you are, you effortlessly begin to transform. This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about believing the truth of your in Christ reality.
